Shipping + Handling

Ready To Ship items are usually despatched within 1-2 working days, but please allow slightly longer during busier periods

For Items that are Made To Order, please allow at least 7 days for Silver jewellery, and 7-14 days for Gold Jewellery to be dispatched. Once your item is ready, a dispatch notification will be sent to you. If you have a more urgent time frame, or would like to know a rough dispatch time, please get in touch using the contact form before placing your order.

For commissions the delivery time frame will vary.

Free Delivery in the UK

All pieces of jewellery with a value of £80+ will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the following day.  Jewellery under the value of £50 will be posted using Royal Mail 1st class Tracked and Signed.

Should a package arrive damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it. Should a package go missing, every effort will be made to track its whereabouts, and a replacement will be sent in the event that it does not get delivered.
