RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I hope you'll be delighted with your Hannah Batstone jewellery. If not, I'm pleased to offer exchanges or credit notes.

Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 working days of receiving the order.

Exclusions from refund and exchange policies include commissioned pieces (bespoke) and customised pieces. All sales are final for discounted items.

To initiate a return for an online purchase, please contact hello@hannahbatstone.com for further instructions, including your order details in the email.

I'm not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. I recommend insured special delivery for UK items and secure, fully tracked services for international shipments. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. For fraud prevention, refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

For international returns, a customs declaration form stating 'RETURNED BRITISH GOODS' is required to avoid additional customs fees upon re-import to the UK. Incorrect labeling may result in incurred fees, potentially passed onto the customer, and may delay the returns process.

Contact me via phone or email with repair inquiries, and I'll coordinate the necessary arrangements. Repair quotes are provided for age-related or negligent handling repairs. Reach out to me at mailto:hello@hannahbatstone.com.

PRICING

Prices are accurate at the time of publication. Fluctuations in the gold price and material costs may cause occasional changes in prices. I reserve the right to review prices at any time.

Orders will be processed at prices published on the Hannah Batstone Jewellery shop. In the event of an unexpected price change, you will be informed and given the option to reconsider your order before proceeding.

All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£GBP).

If you're purchasing from outside the UK, be mindful of currency exchange rates and credit card charges, which may affect the billed amount. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced directly from FedEx. Consider contacting your local customs authority to determine the landed cost price before completing your purchase.

PAYMENTS

All payments are securely processed through Paypal or Stripe, accepting all major debit and credit cards.

PRODUCTION TIME

While I maintain a small stock, most pieces are made to order. The production time varies depending on the piece, typically ranging from a few days to around six weeks. For inquiries regarding delivery times, feel free to reach out.
